Scholaris Terms of Service

Scholaris is a SaaS platform for school management, enabling schools, teachers, parents, and students to access various digital services.

By using Scholaris, you accept these Terms of Service.

Access is restricted to authorized users (school administrators, teachers, parents, students).

Each user receives unique credentials.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials.

By using Scholaris, you agree to:

• Use the service legally
• Not share your credentials with third parties
• Not modify or interfere with the platform
• Respect the confidentiality of other users' information

We do our best to ensure service availability.

We are not responsible for interruptions due to reasons beyond our control (maintenance, cyberattacks, outages).

Users are responsible for the information they enter.

Schools subscribe to a monthly/annual subscription.

Payments are made via bank transfers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the expiration date.

No refunds are possible after the start of a subscription period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases:

• Terms of Service violation
• Fraudulent use of the service
• User deletion request

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes.

In case of dispute, Moroccan law shall apply. The competent courts will be [Nom de la juridiction].
